In the antique district of Borgo Pio, one of the most important and beautiful area of Rome, in the pedestrian precinct at the doors of the Vatican, you will find the Palazzetto. It is a complex divided in 3 floors completely renewed where we manage 2 floors of the building.

On the first floor with a fine view over the well-known “Passetto”, the old passage between Castel Sant’Angelo and the papal residence, we can find the Palazzetto 4B apartment.

The one-roomed flat (45 sq m.) is composed of one double bed and a king size sofa bed; a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom with tub. The space is divided in two areas, night and day zone, by furniture. The essential equipment and the 4 large windows make the ambience very comfortable and bright, the wooden beams ceiling and the floor in terracotta tiles create a warm and cosy atmosphere.

During the week, check-in time is between 3.00 pm and 07.00 pm.

Late checkin fee: 15EUR for a delay between 7.00 pm and 9.00 pm.
Additional 15EUR for every hour after 9.00 pm.

On Sundays and public holidays the check-in must be before 7.00 pm and it has an additional cost of 15 EUR.

To guarantee rights, obligations and to cover damages the accommodation provider will ask the guest for a deposit of 150 EUR cash or travellers cheques, which will be returned when the guest leaves.

If cancelled between 11 - 7 nights before the arrival: 50% of the total amount
