Located across the River Tiber to the north west of the city centre, the Prati area of Rome is distinguished first and foremost by the magnificent cupola of St Peter’s church, which is visible from all over the city.

Located on the ground floor (with independent entrance) of an elegant early 20th century palazzo, the spacious apartment is tastefully furnished in bright modern colours, although many of the original features of the flat - the vaulted ceilings, the floors in the entrance hall and the kitchen and the coloured tiles in the veranda – have nevertheless been carefully preserved.

The apartment is composed of a large sitting room with a double sofa bed, 3 bedrooms (of which two have full size double beds (160 cm x 190 cm) and one has a small double bed (140 cm x 190 cm)) and three bathrooms (one en suite). The bathrooms are all tastefully decorated in shades of dark blue, green and azure and are all fitted with shower. In addition, the large brightly coloured kitchen is fitted with a distinctive orange 50s-style fridge as well as a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven and all necessary kitchen utensils. The most unusual feature of the apartment is undoubtedly its courtyard, an inner sanctum furnished with wrought iron furniture, an ancient marble wash basin and terracotta flooring: the perfect place in which to relax with a glass of wine after a long walk through the city or to have a lazy al fresco breakfast in the morning.

The apartment is also fitted with satellite TV, air conditioning and Free internet access.

On taking delivery of the apartment the guests will be requested to furnish a deposit of Euro 200 which will be returned on conclusion of their stay, less the cost of any damage to the apartment.

Bookings for 1 or 2 apartments for less than 3 weeks:
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 20 euro; Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 20% of the whole stay; Cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay; Cancellation 7 to 4 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay; No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge

Bookings for 3 or more apartments or for more than 3 weeks:
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the whole stay; Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 40% of the whole stay; Cancellation 14 to 4 days before arrival: 60% of the whole stay; No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge.

Cancellation during the stay is only possible after the first month, after a one-month stay a 14 - day notice applies.

RESERVATIONS OF 3 APARTMENTS / NEW YEAR CANCELLATION POLICY
We accept cancellations of reservations a month before your reservation charging an administration fee of EUR 20 for each apartment booked. If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival, we charge 30% of the total amount, therefore we need a 30% prepayment of the total amount, which can be made either by bank transfer or by charging the credit card.
